My Space: McHenry County with Artist Penny Brice

An art experiment to create a new aural environment. This installation was initiated by questions related to identity and representation: Who am I? and What do I want to say?

Each participant produced an individual motif that was cast into porcelain. With the introduction of sound these objects have been turned into sonic vessels. Collected ambient acoustics and recorded sounds have been created. Each is unique in character and collectively they created OurSpace: McHenryCounty.
